Mills Thomas is seeking a Senior Executive to join a growing SaaS team. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies in assigned territory(s). This includes driving revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention.This candidate requires a proven track record of success surpassing sales quotas, hitting aggressive targets, and maintaining a high producing sales pipeline. You must possess a hunter mentality and have a desire to thrive within a competitive market.Requirement5-7 years selling SaaS3 years in an actual startup. Not too much experience only in large companies where the product sells itself.Performance above quota the last 16-24 monthsExisting book of business of at least 500k - 1MExperience selling specifically into HR, COO, Head of Benefits, Employee Relations, D&IExperience in building and growing client base.
