Every day, our employees do the cant be done, solving the most daunting challenges facing our customers.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, evaluate and sustain a Platform as a Service (PaaS) environment through the entire system life cycle.Generate quantifiable requirements and ensure requirements comply with end user requirements and government standards through formal verification methods.Translate high level product development strategies into system requirement specifications and work with other engineering disciplines to develop lower level detailed implementation requirements.Establish and coordinate development of standards, practices, and procedures as related to the overall product development.Assess performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures.Ensure design applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements through compliance verification and validation.Generate system level requirements verification procedures and customer acceptance test procedures.QualificationsRequired QualificationsSystem requirements capture, analysis, decomposition, and design.Analysis, design, development, deployment, and lifecycle support for innovative hardware systems and applications.Requirements generation, and independent verification and validation toolsSystems engineering tools (DOORS, JAMA, JIRA, etc.)Identification of technical trends in information technology, awareness on-going IT projects, and business unit requirementsApplying project management model (eg Agile, Spiral, Waterfall) for a given development effortModel Based System Engineering principlesEnterprise Architecture frameworks and principlesSystems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) supportUse of Digital Twin to enable virtual designsEnsuring developed systems comply with the enterprise technical architectureAssisting in keeping senior management apprised of project or program statusAssisting project and program teams in preparing for program management reviewsPossess a Bachelors degree with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience; or equivalent work experience, including related training or certifications.Bachelors DegreeMinimum 12 years of related experienceRequires current TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearanceDesired QualificationsIT system automation to include artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML)Experience with automated testingModel Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)Automation tools (eg Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, etc.)Knowledge of Security Development Operations (SecDevOps) on iterative development projectsCloud design, implementation, and configurationKnowledge of Infrastructure as CodeKnowledge of Agile development principles.Knowledge of modern software languages (eg Java, C, C++, C#, Python, Perl, etc.)
