Program Manager - Platform OperationsPosition DescriptionThe Platform Engineering team at Change Healthcare is looking for a Program Manager to lead operations of our strategic enterprise-wide Intelligent Healthcare Platform (IHP). This cross-functional role will closely align and work in partnership with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams in a global set-up for the holistic success of IHP program. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in prioritizing and driving program objectives, processes, and deliverables. Focused on Platform Operations, this position will play a critical role in planning, coordination, and execution of cloud-based projects for the Platform Operations team with detailed attention to program budget, critical dependencies, execution challenges and success factors.The Intelligent Healthcare Platform (IHP) is a shared, cloud-based, enterprise collaboration platform that offers a suite of modern, standardized, reusable components, technologies and capabilities, with the goal of promoting innovation, best practices, and consistency across the Change Healthcare portfolio. By connecting, migrating and leveraging enterprise-grade networks, data platforms, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, security, user experiences, and APIs, CHC products remain focused on customers and delivering a better experience, higher quality and greater value.Responsibilities:This role will be focused on Platform Operations to build and maintain all foundational cloud infrastructure for the Intelligent Healthcare PlatformActively manage program components for Platform Operations team including planning and guiding deliverables for agile teams involved in the programParticipate and help facilitate release planning discussions, program retrospectives and other project related discussionsMaintain relations with key business stakeholders, visibility to release processes and release communication for critical Platform components working closely with the Operations team at all levelsMeasure, monitor, and ensure the health of program components from financial, dependency, risk & mitigation, and schedule perspectivesActively seek out and problem solve for barriers / challenges / opportunitiesMaintain healthy collaboration between all disciplines including Business, Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, Software Engineering/ R&D, Technical Operations, Client Onboarding, Client Services, Sales, and MarketingCritical Skills (Required):2+ years of experience in managing Healthcare IT Software Initiatives3+ years of experience in independently managing multiple complex Projects/Initiatives/Business use cases with competing priorities and deadlines within a timely mannerAdept in building business relationships and partnership; working with internal or external stakeholdersGood understanding of software development life cycle, and experience with, technical systems; ability to identify technical solutions for business problems (experience with healthcare IT software initiatives strongly preferred)Experience with analyzing and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information, forming opinions with corresponding recommendations, and presenting the results to key stakeholders including executive leadershipExperience with process improvement and change managementEffective verbal/written communication, strong listening, negotiation and presentation skillsAdditional Knowledge and Skills (Preferred / Not Required):Self-motivated, able to work remotely, innovative and a detailed oriented professional with project management experienceSuccessful track record in collaborating across multiple organizational functions and driving cross-functional initiativesStrong sense of accountability and bias to actionExperience with cloud-based products (AWS, GCP, Azure) is highly preferredExperience with software development tools and product roadmap software preferredProject Management and or Program Management Certification is good to haveEducation (Required):Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, health informatics, healthcare or marketing or related field requiredPhysical RequirementsGeneral Office Demands#Li-remoteJoin our team today where we are creating a better coordinated, increasingly collaborative, and more efficient healthcare system!COVID MandateAs a federal contractor, Change Healthcare is adhering to the Executive Order which mandates vaccination.
