Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Office Supervisor for our AMG Cardiovascular Specialist clinic who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As an Office Supervisor you will:
• Provide day-to-day operational supervision of a team of administrative, technical, and/or clinical (non-provider) employees.
• Work in collaboration with Office Manager to interview, hire, terminate, discipline, manage performance, etc. of non-provider team members.
• Coordinate operational needs/requirements of office to include but not limited to maintain machines and equipment; to procure office and medical supplied, equipment, phone service, IT support, etc.
• Assist in providing information for budget justification and maintain reports and records needed to account for utilization of funds.
• Assist with developing, evaluating, and recommending methods to improve he processing of the work of the office and utilization of funds.
• Responsible for checking and monitoring the providers and staff are completing tasks in EMR.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Two years of current supervisory experience required, preferably in a physician office or ambulatory care setting.
• Ability to handle a multitask environment, strong organizational skills.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and be adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people at various levels within and outside the organization.
• Computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
