Senior Manager, HR Client Consulting

The HR Client Consulting team seeks a strategic HR partner to senior leaders who enable game-changing business results by providing programs and solutions that unleash greatness in our associates. This individual must be comfortable working in a matrix environment to lead initiatives and broaden experience, while being agile in deepening business knowledge in vertical functions.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups and delivering an HR strategy that is aligned with the business needs and broader organization
  • Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management, leadership development, to change management and organizational design (including spans and layers work)
  • Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and acting as a sounding board for all associates to encourage cross pollination, collaboration, and high performance


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • At least 6 years of client facing experience or at least 6 years of consulting experience or a combination


Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Masters degree
  • Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification
  • At least 8+ years of client facing experience or 8+ years of consulting experience or a combination
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting
