Euler Hermes is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Credit Analyst to join our fast-paced Surety Desk , a newly formed unit within Information & Grading department, a dynamic and innovative function of EH. In this role you will serve as the centerpiece for our risk management and steering. The role offers the ability to conduct in depth financial analysis while interacting with our Surety Managers within the construction space to best guide the companys risk underwriting stance. Our team manages a portfolio of companies in a volatile environment by analyzing public and private financial data, market trends, and microeconomic conditions.Key responsibilities: Manage a profitable portfolio of business utilizing sound credit analysis techniques. Utilizing all information available arrive at consistent grading of buyers within authority and make detailed recommendations to Head of Surety Credit Analysts Perform financial and credit analysis to determine the appropriate credit rating of company being analyzedRequirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Finance, MBA preferred Knowledge and experience of the construction market 5-7 years experience in financial management experience in surety, banking, credit insurance brokerage or a credit insurance environment.
