One of the fastest growing Healthcare company headquartered in Tampa Bay is seeking a dynamic and hungry Regional Sales Manager for their Mid Atlantic region. The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship skills and have strong sales experience.Military background would be ideal.Base salary: up to 45k plus commissions.Year 1 -total compensation - up to 100kYear 2- total compensation -up to 200kYear 3- total compensation- up to 300kJOB DESCRIPTIONThe Sales Territory encompasses the Mid Atlantic USA; including Washington DC, Virginia ,Vermont, Maine , Indiana and Missouri. The candidate must live near a hub in the Mid Atlantic region and be able to travel frequently.Regional Sales Manager is responsible for following up on leads, cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships that will increase account penetration and customer satisfaction.. Must initiate and take ownership of the principles of territory management, including: large account planning, selling processes, post-sales implementation processes, and on-going service and training support.Duties:Must arrange appointments, make presentations, organize conferences, and support and maintain positive arrangements with all clinicians and customers.The hunter mentality preferred. She/he must keep up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations.Must maintain detailed records of all contacts, and that requires CRM database management in sales force.Work closely with IAM (Internal account mangers) to plan, strategies and work collectible with the scope of how to approach contacts and create effective business plans for a particular sales area.Required to travel a fair amount within large scale management geography.Knowledge/ experience of Military Treatment Facility s, Hospitals Sales, Medicare and Respiratory Positive Airway devicesJob RequirementsQualificationsA Bachelor's degree is preferred.4 years Sales experience is preferred in large scale account managementMTF- GOV experience a plusCandidates must be able to travel up to 75% of their time, and maintain a valid driver s license.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements Sales and Marketing Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
