Global Furniture Group, a leader in the workplace, education, healthcare + hospitality furniture industry has an immediate career opportunity for a Territory Manager for the Washington DC Metro and Baltimore Metro areas. This role is key to increasing the awareness and interest among dealers, designers and end-users of Globals brand, product and capabilities. The ideal candidate would have some sales experience with contract furniture or other commercial fixture sales.Duties And ResponsibilitiesIdentify/select dealer targets willing and capable of growing Global sales.Identify/involve Global in projects that fit Globals products services and capabilities. Ensure appropriate market coverage by assessing existing dealers capacity to grow and identifying new dealer candidates.Develop relationships with design firms, commercial real estate brokers and other project influencers.Education/ExperienceBachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience or military equivalent.Minimum of 5 years experience in contract furniture or related industry required.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Excellent work ethic.Team player who shares information and works collaboratively with others.Compelling presenter.Ability to communicate efficiently with external and internal clients.Who We AreThe Global Furniture Group is a leading North American Manufacturer of furniture solutions.
