When you're not learning the latest new offerings from Google and Microsoft, you'll be challenging your coworkers to the never ending Jenga game happening in the office.Still interested?The Ideal Key Account Manager:The Key Account Manager reports to the Regional Sales Director and is responsible for developing and executing the appropriate market strategy in order to advise current customers and to maximize revenue and hit retention objectives. This position will drive the business from the country's largest dealer groups and within our OEM certified programs. Within their existing book of business, they will identify and pursue upsell opportunities and work to ensure the client is retained and happy. The Key Account Manager will manage the progress and results of their account base, evaluate account performance and advise the product teams of ways to maximize dealer spend for best ROI.Job Responsibilities:Results/Performance ManagementProactively monitor and analyze account performance and trends to determine adjustments to dealer expectations, goals, and objectives. Share feedback internally and serve as a leader within the organization to help improve overall business processesBe the liaison between the client and the internal product delivery teams to make account changes and ensure monthly updates are completedCompile and analyze reports to identify any actionable changes or next steps to help meet the customers objectiveUnderstand L2TMedia benchmarks and how they related to campaign resultsLeverage account budget planning to grow your book of business by understanding market potential for an existing customerAbility to communicate the value of L2TMedia products & features to the dealer to grow and retain revenueClient CommunicationClient Management; building relationships with clients and maintaining current clientsConduct regular reviews with each customer to review campaign results and show customer overall valueRespond to client escalations and communicate Customer Success Team with dealership facts identified during in-field visitsProduct & Industry KnowledgeBe an industry leader in product and technical knowledgeEngage with the fast-paced environment and think strategically to build business and problem solveResearch, communicate and discuss industry issues and trends with customers and to build credibilityUnderstanding customer competitive landscape to develop solutions to meet business needsCross-Departmental CommunicationBe the liaison between client and internal product departments on client initiatives, testing and projectsClearly communicate with cross functional teams to give visibility into the marketplace to help product developmentSkill Requirements and Experience:Experience4+ years of experience in Digital Media platforms, specifically with Google Analytics, Google Ad Network, Microsoft Ads, SEO, Facebook4+ years of experience in account management. Digital media/ automotive industry (preferred)Advertising agency experience preferredBachelor's degree or other equivalent years of experience requiredSkillsEnsure highest level of customer focus by putting the customer needs first and making their needs a top priorityAbility to translate technical aspects to customer facing business languageAbility to prepare and present customer facing presentations that can used both internally and externallyAbility to cross-sell products that make business sense for the client and L2TMediaPeople mentoring; helping to train and mentor new hiresAttention to detail and quality assurance is a mustCommunication skills (clarity, tone / convey information in an organized, efficient manner that is suitable for the audience in both written and verbal communication)Customer-centric; conveys strong commitment to think with the customer in mind and their businesses successCritical thinker; ability to anticipate needs and impact of decisionsSelf-motivated to work from an at-home environment; will set up a weekly schedule for themselves that helps them hit objectivesInterpersonal skills that allow for them to develop relationships built on trust and mutual respectTime Management; ability to juggle numerous responsibilities while prioritizing work to ensure all deadlines are met.Strong curiosity to learn more, always staying on top of digital trendsTechnical AptitudeStrong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Google Analytics & Google Ad Network certified preferredSalesforce CRM experience strongly preferredJira, or ticketing system experience preferredThe above statements are intended to provide a general overview and level of work being performed by most people assigned to this job.
