Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Tactical Space Systems is seeking a Senior Staff Dev*Ops Team Lead with an active or current TS SCI Clearance. This position will be located in Dulles, VA and will support Tactical Space Systems Division in their development and deployment of satellite ground software to development and customer resources.There is no opportunity for full time telecommuting in this position.The selected candidate will lead the DevSecOps on a critical program within the division to support system administration of multiple environments, software deployment, troubleshooting, and automation in an Agile / DevSecOps environment.What You'll Get To Do:Lead and guide Dev*Ops execution and implementation for the program, coordinating closely with product line software development leadership.Work on systems-administration related issues with hardware and software for different network environments.Support deployment of custom software solutions integrating COTS, GOTS, and developed software.Propose system administration process improvements to reduce overall maintenance requirements by working with the design team and manufacturers.Determine systems requirements, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility and maintenance of system configuration.Identifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies.Develops and recommends corrective actions.May provide technical guidance for database administrators and software developers.You'll Bring These Basic Qualifications:A minimum of 14 years of related experience with a Bachelor's in Science; 12 years with a Master's; 9 years with a PhD.Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance with a re-investigation date occurring in the last 5.5 years.Working knowledge of DevSecOps principals, practices, and techniques.Agile methodology experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience leading DevOps teams through execution and/or implementationExperience with OpenStackExperience with DockerExperience with TerraformExperience with AnsibleExperience in Shell scripting - bash, ruby, perlExperience with automationCompTIA Security+ (or equivalent)DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II CertificationSalary Range: 173300 - 259900Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
