We are looking for bright, goal-oriented individuals who will succeed in a fast-paced environment and thrive in building and improving processes. As a Manager, you will play an integral part on the FP&A team supporting our Sales organization. This role calls for a strong, proactive individual who has a proven track record who can autonomously drive projects in a fast paced, collaborative environment and interface confidently with executive level managementWhat You Will Do:Manage the rolling Sales operating plan, inclusive of Headcount, Commissions, T&E, and other operating expensesPrepare monthly and quarterly management reporting - analyze financial results, distill/synthesize key trends, and communicate key messages to senior managementAnalyze financial and operational information to develop KPIs that help provide insights into Sales effectiveness.Evaluate channel/partnership/tech alliance performance, promotion analysis, and Proof-of-Value conversionsManage the Annual Planning Process in coordination with Sales managementAssist Sales Leadership with analysis and presentation of key metrics and reporting Leverage various Business Intelligence tools to provide reporting to Sales organization Partner with Sales Operations on sales funnel analysis and quota attainmentProvide analytical support in deal pricing and review contract structureQualifications5+ years of relevant corporate experienceIn-depth knowledge with Software as a Subscription (SaaS) related terminology and metricsAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skillsStrong interpersonal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with staff members of all levelsMust be self-motivated with an energetic, results-oriented and customer-focused style, coupled with strong planning and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage changing priorities based on department and company needs with diplomacyHigh attention to details and task/goal oriented and takes ownershipAdditional InformationAt Mandiant we are committed to our #OneTeam approach combining diversity, collaboration, and excellence.
