Campaign Manager, Higher Education MarketingThis 100% remote position will be instrumental to the success of Pearson's marketing initiatives for our higher education products and services in the US We're seeking an experienced B2B campaign marketing manager or marketing/advertising agency account executive/account supervisor (non-sales) who can bring to our team their knowledge and experience in creating and executing successful marketing or advertising campaigns using email, paid digital media, social media, and content marketing in a B2B segment.RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with a Campaign Strategist driving the marketing strategy for Pearson initiatives in the US Will consult and inform Creative, Performance Marketing and Data/Analytics teams to shape campaign channel marketing plan, ensure successful planning and measurement of campaign - including paid media, execution of campaign assets, gather metrics, report on ROI and results/achievements. Work closely with internal teams to create/refine project documentation for large scale projects that include but are not limited to: promotional campaigns, email, content development, social media strategy, digital advertising, creation of new web/landing pages, SEM, event materials, and print/digital collateral. Manage all campaign asset development during creative, production and deployment working closely with Production Management, Content Development, Creative Design, Web Design, Email segmentation & deployment, digital marketing, and data tracking teams. Ensure campaign delivery plans and projects remain on track and on budget working seamlessly with internal marketing groups. Working closely with marketing strategist and data analyst to continually optimize campaigns and channels to reach and exceed business goals and revenue opportunities. Regularly update stakeholders and partners on the performance of marketing campaign vs. defined goals. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business. At least 5 years' experience in marketing, campaign development and execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience working within a corporate marketing environment, in-house marketing team; or in an account services role at an advertising or marketing services agency (non-sales related) working on large corporate accounts. Strong marketing project management skills are essential. Must have at least 5 years' experience in planning, managing, prioritizing and successfully completing multiple complex marketing or advertising projects simultaneously and on budget from idea concept to execution with internal creative team to deployment in marketplace. At least 3 years' experience working with paid media programs and managing the creative development of assets for those programs. Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills and the ability to partner with internal teams. Positive and effective interpersonal skills and the ability to use these skills to influence outcomes by communicating with persuasiveness and candor. Ability to appreciate the diversity of stakeholder interactions and adapt style and approach accordingly. Self-starter with the ability to remain organized, on task and self-directed in a remote/work from home environment Must have dedicated work from home office space and technology that can accommodate several video calls throughout the workday. Ability to apply creative thinking and imagination to campaign development, planning and execution with focus on the target audience. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, remain positive and calm, and supportive. Proactive problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs Experience working with Marketing Project Management Systems such as Workzone is preferred. The anticipated starting salary range for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $72 - 78k, depending on experience.
