Job Title: AssociateBased: Washington, DCCategory: Project Finance and M&AYou will work under the supervision of the company's Managing Directors, Directors, Vice Presidents and Associates in charge of the Americas, and will be responsible for: Developing financial models, focused in energy and infrastructure projects; Developing Power Point presentations and Word reports, in Spanish and English, for local and foreign clients; Participating in the origination of new financial advisory mandates in the Americas principally by doing research and other tasks related to pitch preparation; Participation as a junior team member in the execution of transactions primarily in the Latin American markets, including: (i) modeling efforts; (ii) participating in marketing and placement efforts; and (iii) project review and due diligence processes; Participating in meetings and presentations with/to clients as requested. Any other task of a similar nature and level of responsibility, in connection with the work of the Firm.Required Skills/Background: Between 2 and 3 years experience in Project Finance or M&A (including internships) Strong interest in investment banking in support of infrastructure development Relevant courses and education background (Corporate & Project Finance, Accounting, Valuation, Financial Modelling, Engineering); English proficiency.
