We are a large matrixed organizationwhere your expertise impacts the lives of others.Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise POS Systems to drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for our North America Enterprise Retail solutions including POS (Point of Sale), Digital Signage, Card Management Switch, and Payment Terminals.This is a Remote Role and candidates can live in any state!The successful candidate will:Implement, maintain, upgrade & troubleshoot these integrated solutions with a high degree of ownership over critical features and strategic initiatives.Build cross functional relationships to support product roadmaps and strategic partnershipsPartner with IS&T resources to establish and maintain strong incident management practices across POS enterpriseWork closely with Retail Commerce Architect to coordinate monitoring and run support tools and methodologies to trace Menu Data flowing from enterprise to multiple POS providersIn partnership with the business, manage vendor relations with various POS and other front of office systemsEnsure detailed functional and technical specifications are well documented based on communication with the business.Leverage existing skills to enforce strong release management discipline with internal resources and POS vendors to ensure high-quality releases throughout the enterpriseAnticipate and resolve risks that may impede success and work with team members to influence partners to achieve project goalsDefine and be accountable for product and team goals and metricsInterface with contracted IT consultant as needed/directedIs this opportunity right for you?
