BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Nurse Manager for our Gaithersburg, MD Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities for clients with intellectual disabilities throughout Frederick, Montgomery, and Washington counties. As a clinical manager you will support your field team from the office, therefore requiring very minimal travel within the community.Responsibilities:Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care to residents in senior living communities.Supervise a team of field nurses and therapists who conduct assessment/treatment visits for our adult and geriatric clients in Gaithersburg, MD and other surrounding areas.Facilitate new hire orientation and training of new nurses and therapists.Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.Qualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.Medicare OASIS knowledge or experience highly preferred.Supervisory experience preferred.#LI-office1As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.About BAYADAFounded in 1975 by J.
