Leverages the accounting system and available resources toensure accuracy and optimal performance of the accounting department.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Enter invoices into the internal database at a high volume and with a commitment to quality.Responsible for day to day management of various accounts payable duties including but not limited to expense tracking and analysis on major accounts.Work with multiple property management companies to ensure timely payment of invoices.Help develop and implement processes and system improvements, where appropriate, to capture value through improving efficiency, leveraging technology, and reducing waste.Establish and maintain working relationships with all vendors.
