Grounded in our Human Capital practice, we help clients to advance their People Analytics priorities and capabilities from strategy and roadmap definitionthrough toexecution, adoption, and sustainment.We're looking for an experienced analytics manager with a passion for the people domain to join our People Analytics team.Work you'll doAs a People Analytics Consulting Manager, you will manage engagement teams to work with clients to advance their people analytics capabilities across strategy, people, process, data, and technology, and help your clients to deliver business-driven, actionable people insights across work, workforce and workplace topics (eg, DEI, attrition, mobility, future of work, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, etc.).You'll lead an experienced team to help organizations navigate the future with confidence, embracing decision-making with clear, data-driven insights. Your project work will include:Uncovering key client business problems and defining related people analytics use cases with clear, tangible business outcomesManaging the delivery of client engagements, including planning projects, staffing projects, overseeing creation and finalization of client deliverables, managing client relationships (VP/EVP level), and providing subject matter expertise to advance complex deliverables and assure qualityInterpreting, understanding, and presenting analytics results to clients, with a strong focus on data storytelling and actionable insightsManaging technical and non-technical team members across geographies, both national and internationalSupporting business development activities, including interacting with account and engagement teams, driving sales, developing RFP responses, and creating statements of workIdentifying new business opportunities within existing clientsDepending on your passion, capability and experience, your project work could also include:Leading current state assessments to understand People Analytics maturity, synthesize findings, and communicate key themes coming out of discovery workLeading clients to define or enhance their people analytics vision, strategy, operating model, roadmap, and business caseAssessing the client's people analytics data and technology current state and objectives, and helping them to select, design, deploy and optimize their People Analytics data architecture and technology solutionsOverseeing teams to leverage Human Capital Management (HCM), People Analytics or enterprise platforms, approaches and tools to design, build, test and deploy people analytics dashboards, visualizations, and predictive modelsManaging teams throughout the end-to-end analytics process, including cleansing and wrangling structured and unstructured data, designing predictive models, extracting insights and findings, visualizing outputs, and communicating outcomesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline8+ years ofhands-on experience in Human Capital Consulting, People Analytics Strategies & Solutions, or closely related experience in a client facing, consultative analytics leadership role8+ years of experience with Data Analytics Tools (Such as: Tableau, Workday Prism, SAP Analytics Cloud, Visier, One Model, Microsoft PowerBI or similar)3+ years of experience developing new business, developing stakeholder relationships, scoping and crafting a proposed solution, and successfully delivering projects3+ years of experience managing projects and project teams including mentoring and coaching othersAvailable to Travel up to 50% (while travel is a requirement for the role, non-essential travel has been limited until further notice)Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in business (MBA) or other relevant advanced degreeConsulting firm experience highly preferredStrong project management and technical skills including experience leading projects through the end-to-end lifecycleStrong familiarity with People Analytics data and technology architecture from data source to ingestion, transformation, and visualizationCritical thinking to "peel the onion" of data analysis to uncover trends and root causes of HR business problemsIn-depth knowledge of the HR Domain areas such as recruiting, attrition, DE&I, compensation & benefits, performance, learning & developmentUnderstanding of and direct experience leveraging advanced analytics techniques, data extraction and transformation techniques (eg, R, Python, SQL, etc.), and machine learningStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills, to be able to effectively communicate with clients and Deloitte teams across the globeStrong client presence with project management, presentation, and facilitation skillsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsWell-organized with the ability to handle several projects/clients simultaneouslyDedicated work ethic with commitment to client service excellence#IND:CONS#HCaaS22US, Atlanta Georgia, Chicago Illinois Dallas Texas Houston Texas Los Angeles California Minneapolis Minnesota New York New York Philadelphia Pennsylvania Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Seattle Washington
