Identifies, coordinates, documents, and implements business requirements by determining solutions that enhance business systems, as well as provides support to business operations and processes under close supervision. To analyze business needs to develop and implement solutions that leverage systems and processes with limited latitude. Work with the business to understand their needs, related to information technology and enhance business process by promoting new functionality. Using basic knowledge of technology and specific software applications, assist the business to implement strategic vision through technology.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate operational efficiency and effectivenessAnalyze information, requirements, data, work quality, work methods, processes, service specific practices,standards and metrics/statisticsUses elicitation techniques to gather information at the right level of detail and scope to represent all of thestakeholder's needsAnalyze, define and document technical design for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operatingsystems environment, interface with other systems, internal and external controls and outputSupervise modeling efforts to ensure that specifications and constructs adhere to appropriate mathematical andstatistical standards and answer particular analytic questionsIdentifying business requirements (eg, needs, objectives, functions, features, input and output)Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical techniques, tools, models, simulation, etc.Develops, recommends and documents adjustments to workflow to streamline processesCoordinate integration of solutions with existing applications; The specific logistics for returning to campus will be determined at a future date by individual leadership.Pay Range: Navy Federal Credit Union assesses market data to establish pay ranges that enable us to remain competitive. You are paid within the pay range, based on your experience, location, and market position.
