May also oversee special initiatives as directed by Market Expansion Team leadership.What Youll DoSupport the national RFP strategic response program for MET. This includes the direct supervision of Leaders and Individual contributors in RFP response.Support and/or coordinate national RFP response management to support Cox Business, Field, and Government funded RVPs for all markets in and out of footprint for MET. This includes response strategies, coordination of interdepartmental support, ensuring infrastructure that supports the program and coordination with region boundary partners to ensure strategy alignment.Supports the RFP response team in the rollout and ongoing management of programs to support, Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs, Cox Business, and Residential engagement as necessary.Works with MET Business Operations to model the appropriate response and ensure MET is operating within annual operating budgets for assigned initiatives and re-forecasts as necessary.Works with Cox 2M and Smart Cities to ideate RFP responses.Works with internal business partners to ensure RFP timelines are met or exceeded.Reviews, develops, reports and documents RFP practices that result in targeted effectiveness and efficiencies, to include creating playbooks.Provides input and recommendations regarding strategic business RFP response.Develops and analyzes contract compliance reporting relative to benchmarks to ensure obligations are being met or exceeded.Develops and implements processes and approaches for managing contract review and approval.Supports the development and maintaining of the policy & Procedure ("playbook") for all RFPs and Contracts to standardize best practices and minimize inefficiencies.Provides general support to MET leadership team.Whats In It For YouAt Cox, we reward your hard work with meaningful benefits.First, we offer a competitive compensation package, 401(k) with a generous company match, comprehensive healthcare, life, and disability benefits, plus numerous other benefits, including adoption assistance, pet insurance, and discounts on travel and cars!We value people more than technology. May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support personnel.Knowledge and grasp of professional principles and skills. Knows and effectively uses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.
