The candidate focuses on export controls, economic sanctions, anti-corruption, CFIUS and related matters. Advises clients in the energy, manufacturing, financial, technology, unmanned vehicle, defense, and many other sectors about an array of international trade compliance matters, including enforcement investigations, export compliance programs, counseling on US regulations, and matters related to anti-corruption laws. Must have experience representing clients before the key export-regulating bodies, including BIS, OFAC, and DDTC. A background in customs is a plus.
