You'll be responsible for the delivery of high quality well-documented features as well as create and maintain reusable test automation infrastructures. You will also be a participant in a full agile lifecycle, from feature definition, to design and implementation. You and your team will be challenged to work together to continuously improve our methodologies and accelerate the value stream.About YouAcademic Degree: BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalentProfessional Experience: 8-14 yearsAs a team member, you'll assist our pre-sales engineers and consultants with customer engagements, as well as back up our sustaining engineers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. As a full-fledged contributor in a team-directed, relaxed and flexible environment, you'll have plenty of opportunity to make a difference, both in your team and across the organization.Essential Job FunctionsTrack record of building high performance, scalable, reliable, supportable, usable and secure solutionsDesign, implement and maintain software componentsWrite technical design documents, and participate in their reviewContribute ideas toward the enhancement and/or modification of critical components to improve/optimize the productStrong troubleshooting skills and willingness to put the customer firstTake ownership and ensure proactive closure for problem reports that fall within or appear to fall within area of responsibility, work closely with QA and technical support to quickly and successfully closeout problem reportsSolid verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and commitment to qualityReadiness to take on new challenges as the business relentlessly pursues the highest value opportunities for industry leadership and successSkillsStrong server-side core , multi-threaded and Data Structures usage a mustStrong understanding of Microservices based architecture and RESTExperience with container technologies such as Docker and KubernetesClient-side JS, other scripting languages (eg Python, Groovy)Dominant Standards: eg HTTP, JMS, REST/JSON, OpenAPI, XML, SOAPFamiliarity with Build Tools and CI/CD (DevOps): Jenkins, Gradle, ANT, MavenExperience with Agile methodologies and best practicesExperience with cloud platforms like AWS, AzureFamiliarity with Angular and accompanying technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)Knowledge around security standards and frameworks such as OAuth, Openid is a plusAdditional Requirements/ Soft SkillsExperience in product development strongly preferred. Must be a strong designer, able to efficiently reuse and extend existing code or open source or third-party libraries.
