The leader must be comfortable working in a deadline-driven, campaign-style work environment and be able to coordinate with multiple teams across the organization to assess needs and drive outcomes. An expansive understanding of the advertising ecosystem, strong communication skills, and a passion for producing and consuming quality content are must-haves.Key Responsibilities: Review media plans to ensure the channels and units included are best-suited to drive desired user behaviorMonitor all traffic with client teams and identify any additional in-platform audiences for considerationAssess all advertising destination URLs for user experience, with a particular eye on quality and relevance scores for paid searchEvaluate current assets and channels in a given advertising campaign and identify other channels or advertising units where said asset could perform wellTranslate limited core assets into a broader array of assets to fulfill an advertising buy at scale and hit frequency targetsProactively identify potential creative wear-out and request content refreshes from client teamsUtilize content matrices and other content management tools to ensure an always-up-to-date view of all advertising content currently running for a given clientAdvise on spend, channels, and flight for opportunistic advertising tied to specific time hooksEstablish criteria for "high performing" content and empower client teams to identify and replicate high performersOverhaul processes for recommending optimizations and budget extensions of current adsSource any outstanding concepts that make sense to replicate across the firm or include as leading examples of Targeted Victory's workIdentify advertising channels, tactics, and units being utilized by B2B brands that Targeted Victory should testBe a strong collaborator and partner with product teams, client teams, and other departmentsFunction as a strategy partner and doer, provide leadership and insights, support strategic objectives, and be a hands-on member of the teamPosition Requirements: This position is for individuals who are self-starters and think audience-first and should have:Bachelor's degree in politics, marketing, advertising, art or equivalent work experience in a related fieldExperience running advertisements to drive sign ups, donations, or direct-to-consumer sales strongly preferred2+ years of experience managing owned and paid channels for a political or consumer-facing brandDemonstrated experience managing media campaigns that leveraged multiple interrelated assets across several digital channelsSuccessful utilization of content matrices and other content management tools and a strong point of view on the lifecycle of creativeKeen understanding of paid, earned, and owned channels and the production and approval timeline implications of eachDemonstrated ability to improve week over week or month over month metrics with changes to content and audience targetingDemonstrated enthusiasm for building productive relationships with key stakeholders and leadershipExcellent communication skills with the ability to articulate media KPIs and why they matter in layman's terms
