In particular, the talent acquisition team is responsible for all full-cycle recruiting, partnering with business leaders to build best-in-class teams that enable us to meet (& exceed!) our company objectives.What You'll DoOur ideal Associate Recruiter will be able to successfully partner with recruiters, 3rd party agencies, business partners, leadership and establish relationships with candidates. This person will be a key contributor in helping us meet company goals.Support attraction / pipelining strategies, building scale for future roles with a focus on building I&D pipelines through proactive sourcingPartner effectively with recruiting team peers and cross-functional partners (HR, Finance, Procurement etc.)QualificationsMinimum 1+ years of relevant recruiting experience.You are a tenacious team player who takes pride in their work while persisting and being resilient through challengesYou are adaptable in changing and evolving situations and work environmentYou are a proven organizer who has shown an understanding of the big picture while fearlessly prioritizing to achieve your goalsAbility to prioritize and work on multiple projects/tasks assignments simultaneously to meet deadlines and deal with competing priorities across the team.Accurately parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes and perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant's abilities.
