The primary purpose of this job is to be a liaison between candidates, talent acquisition and human resources team members. You will work with candidates and new hires throughout the recruiting, selection and preboarding processes, all while providing an excellent candidate experience at all touchpoints. This position will support internal and external recruitment processes. Serve as the liaison between candidates, recruiters, coordinators and human resources staffMove candidates through various stages of the application and hiring processCoordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and oversee all interview logistics, including conference room reservation and preparation, day-of scheduling, and maintaining an excellent candidate experienceAdhere to required deadlines and monitor the hiring and onboarding process for new employeesParticipate in offsite related recruiting activities which may include attending career fairs, campus career fairs, networking events, online job fairs, military recruitment events, and training seminarsProvide accurate and thorough documentation on candidates in our applicant tracking systemEnsure the documentation and maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statisticsAct as an additional point of contact to new hires throughout their selection and onboarding processAssist on project teams related to talent acquisition initiatives *This role is responsible for ensuring business continuity.* Qualifications Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.Minimum of one (1) year customer service related experience required; PenFed experience strongly preferredExperience receiving inbound customer service calls required; experience making outbound calls preferredExperience documenting customer data in a customer relationship management tool (such as Salesforce) required OR strongly preferredBachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field is preferredProficient in MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage and complete multiple work assignments at onceMust be comfortable maintaining a presence on professional online networking sitesSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position will not directly supervise employees Licenses and CertificationsThere are no additional certifications required. Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.*Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds.* TravelAbility to travel to various worksites and be on-call may be required.
