This role facilitates revenue alignment and increases sales productivity by providing effective business analysis and improving methodologies, targeting efficient processes, providing value added information, and improving sales and analysis tools. This information and recommendations are summarized and presented to leadership on a regular basis. The analyst works cross functionally to inform future financial targets and bridge the gap and understanding between sales and other departments, ultimately translating information into actionable data and recommendations. This position is responsible for supporting a fast-growing business and providing essential data analysis to all levels of sales as well as the company's executive leadership. If this is who you are, join our team and make a difference!Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze direct and channel lead data, opportunity progress and bookings conversion and provide reporting and weekly changes. Provide high level analysis on revenue changes and projections in weekly Ops Call to drive revenue expectations, decisions, and potential opportunities.Provide tracking and visibility to monthly KPIs and quarterly revenue targets, supporting cross-functional alignment across Sales, Planning, and Delivery to meet financial goals.Participate in and provide revenue data and assumptions for monthly business planning and channel review meetings with Sales, Demand Planning and Finance.Research and report on areas where we can automate, create efficiencies, and reduce friction in the sales process and associated administrative backend. Identify business gaps, challenges, and possible solutions/actionable recommendationsMonitor strategy alignment and suggest ways to improve prioritization and alignment Aid in cross-functional alignment to drive cohesive and effective efforts for the sales team.Management of special projects as assigned.Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Results-driven achiever with exemplary analytical and organizational skills and a passion for detailsHigh level of analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processesOur ideal candidate is an experienced Sales Operations Analyst, Business Analyst within Sales and has ideally helped scale the sales ops function at other services-oriented companies.Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projectsMotivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision.Effective Interaction, communication, and rapport with cross functional teams as well as at the executive levelEducation And / Or ExperienceExperience in sales operations, including associated SaaS Applications, and processes improvement are required.
