Roles & Responsibilities RBR is a growing Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that is expanding its capabilities delivery footprint across the National Security Agency (NSA). To meet this demand, RBR Technologies, Inc. is hiring Software Engineers to satisfy a host of delivery opportunities throughout the Enterprise. If you see yourself enabling the Mission by engaging with the Mission, then please submit your resume for immediate consideration.In summary, Software Engineer scope includes, but is not limited to the below:Developing, maintaining and enhancing complex and diverse software systems.Reviewing and testing software components for adherence to design requirements; documenting and reporting on test results.Desiging new code; modifying existing code to meet targeted requirements.Providing recommendations for improving documentation and/or softwaredevelopment processes. Leading teams as appropriate to the level of software development processes exercised within project teams. Designing or implementing complex algorithims; adhere to designated timing, system resource, or interface constraints.Communicating with system and hardware engineers so that proper software requirements can be derived. Designing or implementing database or data repository interfaces.Briefing leadership and stakeholders on project progress/status.Education, Experience, & SkillsTS/SCI clearance with polygraphFourteen (14) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.Three (3) years software architecture development, requirements analysis, code generation, process execution and evaluation Physical Requirements & Work Environment Job scope and responsibilities are aligned to office-oriented work.
