Candidate can work remotely or work out of our Camarillo, CA office. The responsibilities will include recruiting, interviewing, and placing legal professionals in direct-hire and/or contract positions with our clients. This role will require an individual that is focused on providing the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates; providing innovative recruiting strategies and tactical implementations to ensure a continuous flow of exceptional candidates to support business needs; developing new candidate and client relationships through cold calls, referrals, and social media efforts; and maintaining accurate candidate and client records. This role will also be expected to meet and/or exceed business development goals. Candidate must have previous recruiting experience. Legal recruiting experience preferred but not required. Resumes without past recruiting experience will not be accepted. Competitive base salary plus commission - Full-Time
