Specifically- Los Colinas, TX. What you'll do As the Six Super App Chief Compliance Officer you will develop and support a comprehensive financial crimes and overall compliance program. Join us in our mission to change consumer finance through better technology, lower costs, and increased transparency, while providing the best customer experience. Follow company policies and standards to address whether activities or transactions are non-compliant or potentially suspicious, and action as appropriate. Assist our partners with generating and filing reports. Lead project work and compliance program improvements. Operationalize and standardize Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and sanctions policy and procedural improvements. Lead Compliance in maintaining relevant policies, risk assessments, trainings, and other related items (including internal testing and monitoring and external audits and exams). Work closely with colleagues to stay current on industry standards and regulatory requirements. Assist in the development of key risk and performance indicators. Identify areas of improvement in our compliance procedures, tooling, and policies. Collaborate cross-functionally across AffirmAbout you . 15+ years of professional work experience in BSA/AML, sanctions, fraud experience or other financial services is preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in regulatory compliance, operational risk or risk management . FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63, 65 or S66 combo required and Series 24 preferred. Outstanding judgment, organizational, and analytical skills. Keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good understanding of analytical tools . Ability to identify current manual processes and suggest/implement automation to drive efficiency. Strong understanding of BSA/AML and sanctions program requirements. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business partners and discuss sophisticated regulations. Curiosity about technology, consumer finance, and improving consumer credit product Position Location - This role is available as a remote position Time Zone Requirements - This team operates in all US time zones.
