This exciting VP opportunity is open due to the retirement of a senior manager. For the past 4 years, Total Remodeling Systems (TRS) has proudly been recognized as the largest of over 250 Four Seasons Sunroom dealers in North America. TRS' geography covers the majority of Virginia, Washington DC, Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia and Southern Maryland. This position is responsible for the oversight and management of the company's construction of contracted projects and installations and is a part of the executive committee.Manage and develop a team of Project Managers and support staff (engineering, permit and coordination)New and additional production staff and subcontractor recruitment and training.Promote high quality service and lead first class customer, employee and subcontractor liaison and project communicationEnsure excellent quality and efficiency of contracted projects by overseeing and/or performing a variety of assessments throughout all phases of the construction process.Ensures adherence and development of Company policies and procedures (including Health & Safety) as well as compliance with State and local government building regulations.Actively seek continual efficiency improvements construction process and/or material cost reductions.Oversight of production resource schedulingBig Picture:Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization's construction and production installations One of the driving forces in the planning, direction, and coordination of activities of the Company.Creates and maintains a Company culture ensuring a positive results-driven environmentIf you are interested in learning more and having a conversation please email jeffreybutts@spherion.com today.
