Member Enrollment Specialist- Program Sales and Support (FT and PT positions available)Remote Worker - N/ADescription As a Member Enrollment Specialist, you will provide WOW Customer Service over the phone, answering facility and lesson questions, and converting leads into Members for multiple locations around the country. This is a SALES position for outgoing, friendly applicants who can confidently close a sale. The first 6-months of this position will be in a Goldfish Swim School location training face-to-face with Members. Following the 6-month training period, the position will move next-door to a call center based office environment.Our Goldfish Crew interacts with children ages 4 months to 12 years of age and their families. If you do not desire a customer-facing sales and support position working with families, do not apply. We have both part-time and full-time positions available. They are in-person, non-exempt roles.
