Member Enrollment Specialist- Program Sales and Support (FT and PT positions available)Remote Worker - N/ADescription As a Member Enrollment Specialist, you will provide WOW Customer Service over the phone, answering facility and lesson questions, and converting leads into Members for multiple locations around the country. This is a SALES position for outgoing, friendly applicants who can confidently close a sale. The first 6-months of this position will be in a Goldfish Swim School location training face-to-face with Members. Following the 6-month training period, the position will move next-door to a call center based office environment.Our Goldfish Crew interacts with children ages 4 months to 12 years of age and their families. If you do not desire a customer-facing sales and support position working with families, do not apply. We have both part-time and full-time positions available. They are in-person, non-exempt roles. Time Zone's that need support:Eastern Time ZoneMountain Time ZoneRequirementsResponsibilities Include:Converting leads via telephone into paying Members; this is a sales positionUtilizing CRM platform to call and email leads (no cold calls)Mastery of the various swim levels that Goldfish offersProviding an outstanding phone experience as if you were customer facingMeeting lead/conversion quotasAccurately collecting Member information including securing paymentInteract, correspond, and maintain effective communication with team membersFollow up on all CRM contacts; detail orientedAbility to manage time/flexibility/organizedOther duties as assignedRequired Skills and Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent3-5 years member-facing customer service, administration or call center experience preferredProficient in Google SuiteAbility to multi-taskAbility to independently problem solveExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as with a teamSalesforce CRM platform experience preferred, but not requiredMultilingual preferredSalary and Benefits:A' . $20/hour A' .
