Every day, our employees do the cant be done, solving the most daunting challenges facing our customers.ResponsibilitiesSeeking analysis-driven candidates to join PERATONs dynamic Performance Engineering and Analysis team, a recognized Intelligence Community leader with decades of expertise in providing customers with data-driven analysis shaping the architecture of the future. Come join our team in exciting analysis crossing agency boundaries and providing solutions which address the exponential growth in GEOINT data in the context of modernizing infrastructure, content, CONOPS, services, and cloud-enabled tools and applications.Duties may include:Guides the development and use of complex models, tools, and algorithms to identify trends and patterns in Big Data.Guides modeling NGAs architectures, requirements, and systems performance and considers NGA and NSG strategies and overall vision for the future of GEOINT.Guides the creation of models to support analysis of alternatives, performance trades, design trades and new capabilities and develops alternatives for deployment based on MS&A results in existing NSG architectures and cloud environments.Guides the work of Mid- and Junior-level contractor MS&A Engineers. Expected work activities include:Conduct and deliver assessments and recommendations on performance engineering and analysis throughout phases of the Systems Engineering LifecycleConduct Modeling, Simulations and Analysis to simulate, forecast and assess proposed activities/initiatives on emerging trends and disruptive forces impacting the GEOINT To-Be architectureIdentify where changes may be beneficial and/or efficiencies gainedInteract with developed performance and mission effectiveness algorithms, methodologies, and programsWork with the MS&A Enterprise team to perform performance and mission effectiveness analysisDevelop capacity impacts to include modeling of predictive impacts for sensor programsDevelop algorithms, codes, and databases needed for studiesEstablishes communication and participation with associated NGA and Mission Partner entities to ensure the highest level of collaboration for success.Supports major program events and activities (ie, SRR, MS-B, ICBD, Cost Estimation).Assists with Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Trade Studies, TBD/TBR Resolution, RPM Definition, and Engineering Assessments to include throughput, timelines, or performance values.Develops technical presentation decks and briefs those as required.Reports activities and progress as required.Identifies risks, issues and opportunities.QualificationsRequired:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program.Senior level working experience in government or industry in relevant work areas including: Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), or Intelligence Communitys (IC) Program Architecture Guidance (PAG).Desired:Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program.Working knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering, processes, tools and languages.Federated Enterprise Architect Certifications: Certified Enterprise Architect
