If you are someone who enjoys the opportunity and environment like that brings, then you will love working with us.You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and monitoring of the organization's workstations, peripherals, printers, local site servers and network equipment and you will work closely with our Server and Network teams.Other key aspects of your role will include:Designing creative computer solutionsWorking closely with the business and vendors during any implementationsYou will ensure policies and standards that are implemented adhere to security proceduresCustomer service is key as you will be responsible for training users on operations and proceduresDay to day you will install, relocate and repair desktop hardware and software, coordinate new equipment and software installations, updates and rollouts as well as respond and update Service/Support tickers as they are assigned.You will be part of a 28 strong team and whilst they are based across all our locations in the US, the team work closely together to share best practice, come up with ideas of new ways of working and improvements generally support each other with day to day activities. We carefully limit the amount of people at our locations and ensure that those who cannot work remotely are kept safe with proper distancing and protective equipment.In most circumstances we are currently performing interviews, assessments, and background checks online to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
