Overview: St. Michael's is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support companywide recruiting efforts. This position would join an existing team of TA Specialists who work together to meet and exceed the recruitment needs within the organization. This position can be based in either of our corporate locations in Tampa, FL or Woodbridge, VA. Talent Acquisition Specialists operates with a high degree of autonomy and will be given the tools needed and latitude required to produce results. The ideal candidate will have experience identifying candidates for cleared opportunities in finance/accounting, budgeting, auditing, and administrative support.Location: Woodbridge, VAEducation: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; Experience in lieu of education will be consideredExperience:Three or more years of full cycle recruiting experience requiredExperience recruiting for DOD contracts strongly preferredKnowledge with applicant tracking systemsCustomer-focused and mission-drivenExcellent time management, organization, and prioritization skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsTeam player, with the ability to champion the recruiting processSelf-starter, with the ability to effectively manage multiple candidates, searches, contracts, and the ability to work with minimal supervisionOutstanding analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilitiesDuties Include:Performs full lifecycle recruitment for a variety of disciplines and/or contractsDevelops and executes effective and efficient recruitment and sourcing strategies, identifies a qualified and diverse candidate pool from which a hiring decision can be made in an expedient and compliant mannerSources, networks and actively builds relationships to ensure an adequate pipeline of candidatesCreate job ads in various portals and publish requisitions in ATSEffectively meets hiring needs and supports business initiativesAttends recruiting events as neededAdapts to changing business priorities with a focus on accountability, communication, and customer serviceUtilizes cleared job boards, networking, ATS, social media and other recruitment channels to find top talent for each requisitionBuilds rapport with candidates and potential candidates though timely and honest communicationsMaintain a database of potential candidates for future job openingsManages and coordinates multiple recruitment activities simultaneouslyAccurately tracks and reports on recruiting activitiesPerforms other related duties as requiredSt. Michael's is complying with the Federal Safer Workplace Guidance and is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Vet3jjF2mtDac
