Additional responsibilities include first-level software & network support, problem identification, system performance analysis and reporting.QualificationsRequired QualificationsYou have a BS Degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Technology, or equivalent and 5 (+) years experience providing Help Desk/System Administration and/or other similar Information Technology background in support of software and/or network operations However, years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and technical staff.You are CompTIA Security + certified or working towards certification.You have an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.You have Linux administration experience.Desired QualificationsYou have prior experience with Intelligence or DoD programs, either within the military or as a civilian contractor
