Indirect Lending Loan Processor
Overview: The role of an Indirect Lending Loan Processor is to process dealer loans and contracts and provide administrative support to department to ensure that high levels of accurate, timely customer service is provided. Performs administrative duties that include data entry, filing, faxing, copying, maintain loan document files, typing, and mailings. Audits dealer loan applications for accuracy; opens new membership accounts; provides high levels of customer service; ensures timely, accurate funding on loans; prepares, assembles, and maintains loan documents. Responsibilities: Perform administrative duties that include data entry, filing, faxing, copying, maintain loan document files, typing, and mailingsPerforms audits on dealer loan applications for accuracyOpens new membership accountsProvide high levels of customer serviceEnsure timely, accurate funding on loansPrepare, assembles, and maintains loan documents files and promptly submits files to be imagedAnswer telephone inquiries from Indirect lending queueRespond to dealership inquiriesRemains cognizant of and adheres to NWFCU policies and procedures as well as regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious financial institution experience, data entry or customer service experience preferredExperience with MeridianLink, Dealertrack, Symitar, and Internet preferredKnowledge of auto loan laws, rules and regulations preferredStrong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilitiesAbility to work independently with limited required direction and guidanceDemonstrated experience working in a high production areaHigh attention to detail is requiredAs a COVID-19 safety measure, our employees must either provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or follow additional safety protocols, including testing.
