POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The Human Resources Compensation Intern will directly support the Human Resources Compensation and Benefits Department with a wide range of projects related to Salary Structure Development, Local Pay Practices Guide and HRIS rollout. In this position, the intern will learn how to take skills she or he may have acquired in school related to his or her particular areas of interest, and apply them in a professional setting. Duties and responsibilities: Support with the development of a salary structure which will include a job definition and analysis, marker research, salary structure framework, and cost impact analysis. Create a comprehensive guide for local pay, benefits, timekeeping and payroll for all the countries where HM. Clause has a presence, which will include having a market research and perform interviews Support in the rollout of the Human Resources Information System in the selected subsidiaries.
