PURPOSE This position's primary responsibility is to perform, tune, develop, modify, or update applications in support of business objectives and ongoing operations. This role participates in the developer role in development teams' efforts to determine unit needs and business processes that are automated by the application. Participate in or review all the steps in the software development life cycle to create and modify the software.Responsibilities Complete application coding assignments that meet provided technical specifications and end-user requirements Participate in the design process that generates application functional and technical specifications Document application design specifications and implementation procedures to improve application quality and reuse of code Assist in the creation of unit, function and performance test scripts to improve application quality and ensure fulfillment of requirement Plan and execute testing and implementation of major systems Design and implement cloud-based integrations Contribute to our services knowledge baseMinimum Skills And Experience Bachelor's degree required - Computer Science, MIS or equivalent Experience with software development, life-cycle and implementation methodologies Experience working in an Agile environment Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools 5+ years of Salesforce development experience Proficient with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning experience customizations Ability to write scalable code following Salesforce standards & best practices Participate and provide feedback during code review Conducts gap analysis in conjunction with business requirements and functionality Actively participate and leads meetings to evaluate technical requirements and designs Develops written design specifications such as; functional specifications, solution design and technical design documents Coordinates solutions pertaining to multiple parties/interests within cross functional scenariosWe are seeking highly motivated individuals who meet the following criteria: Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills A passion for technology, problem-solving, and customer service Efficiently manage multiple tasks Contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and organization skills Upbeat, friendly, motivated and ready to help contribute to our team and the needs of our clients.This is a full-time position.
