Job Description Job Summary: The Marketing Manager position directs the marking plan of the Branch. Develops and implements the Branch marketing communication strategies, social media campaigns, Branch open houses, Realtor presentations, Lunch and Learns, and networking events. Assists in ensuring the Branch has a fun, team-oriented culture. Communicates with branch and corporate employees in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner Essential Job Functions: Provides a superior customer experience Markets the branch with corporate brand consistency Develops and executes branch marketing strategies to maximize sales and profitability Develops and manages branch marketing budget Creates and manages branch social media pages Reports on return on investment and key performance metrics Conducts market, customer and competitor research Creates marketing presentations Markets the Branch to Realtors, Builders, Financial Planners,Accountants and any sphere of influence that can refer business to the Branch Plans and facilitates Realtor lunch and learns, Real Estate Agent continuing education events, community outreach events, new branch Grand Openings, and team building events Performs other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience 8 years of experience in a marketing/communication/events related role Demonstrated experience producing accurate and detailed work on multiple projects under time pressure Demonstrated experience researching information, problem solving, and making solid business decisions Demonstrated experience in analytical, critical thinking, and research techniques Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to tight deadlines Demonstrated experience with MS Office software products Role Location: This Role is a In-Person Position in Gainesville, Virginia Company Description Whether youre looking to advance your career as a mortgage professional in our branch network or in a corporate support role, we offer a variety of opportunities to help you grow personally and professionally.
