The position will work to develop strategic product messaging, positioning, go-to-market programs, campaigns, events, and buyer enablement.This role will collaborate with our sales, analytics, client success, and product development teams to develop product messaging, positioning, go-to-market campaigns, events, and sales enablement resources. They will be an expert in our products; be the voice of our customers; and will help us keep up with our competition.Essential FunctionsAs a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following functions:Campaign management - develop and execute marketing programs and product messaging that drive product usage and demand in the market.Product management - partner closely with the product development and user insight teams to understand product strategies, update roadmaps, and develops a communication plan to support product launches, updates, and engagement efforts.Sales enablement - communicate with the sales team about product updates, value propositions; create and maintain sales and client-related collateral.Demand generation - develop and execute strategies to drive interest and demand from non-clients.Market intelligence - become an expert on our customers and learn about our competitors.Embrace a data-driven approach by reviewing marketing metrics and setting goals for product usage and engagement.Monitor and report on campaign successes (and learn from less-than-stellar successes too.)Collaborate with account management, analytics, sales, and training teams to ensure messaging and campaigns aligns with corporate and customer needs.Provide direct support to the Marketing team as needed.Required Education and Experience5-8 years of experience in marketing or related field.BA/BS DegreeExcellent project management skillsA curious problem-solver who likes to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.Confidence and comfort in working with complex and technical products and making them easier to understand.Proficient in email marketing and marketing automation platforms (such as Marketo)Ability to lead projects from ideation to execution.Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership ability to interact with and influence staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third partiesA strong desire to leverage the latest technology and communication methods to influence prospects and customers.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional time management and excellent attention to detail, with a highly enthusiastic attitude and an eye for quality.A self-starter, willing to invest time and effort to learn new skills and techniques.Ability to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, where your job may be different every day.Previous experience in product marketing, SaaS, and/or financial services is a plus.Previous experience with CRMs is a plus.Previous experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
