Job Summary/Company: Our client, a safety products supplier and distributor, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Ecommerce Assistant to support its growing ecommerce business. This person will provide administrative and operational support to the Ecommerce Manager in addition to supporting customer service needs as necessary.

Full vaccination against COVID-19 is REQUIRED for this position.

  • Maintain Ecommerce data for the organization to include performing appropriate analysis in MS Excel
  • Help maintain platforms for Ecommerce sites and Epicor Prophet 21
  • Address Ecommerce customer service inquiries
  • Coordinate with purchasing department to resolve purchase order inconsistencies
  • Assist in managing customer accounts and item data requests on company website
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • At least 2 years professional experience with an emphasis on customer service functions
  • High School diploma or GED certificate required
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with a concentration on Excel (EXCEL: need vlookup, know how to open tab on delineated file, know common functions and short-cuts),
  • Familiarity with 3P marketplaces (Amazon, ebay, WalMart, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Epicor Prophet 21 ERP software (preferred)
