Cuts, threads, bends, couples, and straps conduit. Cuts wire and conduit to length. Installs, repairs, or replaces switch boxes, light bulbs, plugs, sockets, light fuses, and extension cords. Disassembles motors, generators, and other equipment in preparation for repair. Troubleshoots electrical malfunctions, inspects circuits and wiring for shielding and grounding, and tests electrical equipment for safety and efficiency. Uses blueprints, drawings, layout, or other specifications, and electrical hand tools and voltage-or-amperage measuring and recording devices.Operate computerized site Building Management System, respond to alarms & become familiar with site building layout & systems.Basic Qualifications:The successful candidate must be able to record, review and have the ability to interpret equipment & systems readings.Familiar with all types of hand tools, multi-meters, metal fasteners, valves & piping with a strong electrical aptitude.Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and computerized alarm & control systems.Desired Skills:Good general computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel).Knowledge of WebControl computerized alarm & control Building Management Systems (BMS).Excellent oral & written communication skills.Self-motivated, dependable, maintains a positive attitude, and willing to be a responsible & dedicated team Player.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
