All current and newly hired employees who are unvaccinated will be required to adhere to onsite safety protocols.Description:This position is for an ENTRY LEVEL Software Engineer to perform software development duties with an emphasis on executing Cyber design, development, and troubleshooting tasks in the Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) Technical Operations organization, located in Manassas, Virginia.You will work as a team member on one of our US Navy anti-submarine warfare programs to provide Software Engineering development and problem resolution (using your skills in C, C++, or Java), to analyze and optimize system performance on our Linux based systems, while ensuring that Cyber Software Engineering best practices are adhered to. You will work with the team to help identify and remediate various software security vulnerabilities, and you may be called upon to ensure the optimal flow of networking communications between different ship subsystems.We may not know exactly what's going to change the world next, but chances are we're already working on it, and you can be a part of that effort too!
