Agency Warehouse Operations Associate

We are looking for an experienced loan operations professional to join our Agency Warehouse Operations team. The individual should have a strong understanding of the core principles governing loan documentation and perfection of security interests. They will manage a portfolio of commercial warehouse lines which requires close engagement with customers, high attention to detail to support document review and processing, and strong relationships with stakeholders and partner teams. The primary focus is on managing risk by enforcing individual loan agreement terms and collateral requirements balanced with providing best-in-class customer experience. Outside of the core role, the team regularly engages with partner teams and stakeholders for end to end support and ongoing improvement initiatives.

General Responsibilities:
  • Interaction with Clients, Agencies and various internal partners to facilitate new closings and day to day activities.
  • Support the closing process for commercial loan products, including reviews of loan documents, providing guidance and feedback on operational mechanics and expectations.
  • Work with Relationship Managers/Underwriters to gain an understanding of the key structural components of loan transactions and expectations, and pre-funding analysis.
  • Oversee collateral documentation, including shipping, review, tracking and vault storage. As well as Bailee and Escrow letter preparation and management.
  • Coordination and processing of related funds transfers internally and externally
  • Reconciliation with Client records.
  • Use metrics and reporting to measure capacity and performance and provide transparency to senior leaders.
  • Navigate ambiguity with a well-managed approach to meet customer needs
  • Remain current on all pending and proposed regulatory changes affecting compliance.
  • Monitor and clear exception reporting and key risk indicators.
  • Other typical duties as assigned and associated with ongoing improvement and strategic goals and initiatives.

Work at Home Technology Requirements:
  • A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

    • Sustained ability to maintain latency less than 250 ms in voice calls is required

    • A private network is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 years financial services or loan operations experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • At least 2 years experience in an Agency Lending support function
  • At least 1 year of experience working with credit or loan documentation
