Principal Process Manager - Card Channels Well Managed

As a Principal Associate Process Manager on the Channels Well Managed team, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence to your customer each time.

General Responsibilities:

Agile delivery:

  • Ensures teams maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery
  • Provides visibility into delivery targets, commitments and progress
  • Helps team identify risks, issues and dependencies



Process/Project Management:
  • Implement and manage a process governance framework
  • Facilitate the documentation and improvement of processes
  • Leading and owning oversight and performance of multiple processes: monitor and review data trends and process gaps requiring additional review, for process improvement or redesign
  • Manage the intake and execution of new projects that span across the organization ensuring timely and well managed delivery
  • Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery. This activity includes management through feasibility, design, planning and implementation.
  • Resolve complex problems where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes; escalate breakdowns in the process by asking the right questions and identify/involve the right stakeholders to correct breakdowns
  • Collaborate on larger initiatives, including representing the department on broader change control forums for input and to represent department interests; may challenge forum decisions if project outcome impacts department processes. May participate in cross-functional project teams, including projects driven by other parts of the organization, to provide input, liaise with training, and partner with groups on execution efforts.
  • Collect, analyze and measure process data, to initiate sustainable business practices and procedures and for reporting to senior leadership and executives; review data for trends and gaps in the process that may require additional review
  • Assessing feasibility and level of effort for process changes required by new products and services and driving implementation when appropriate
  • Support audit and exams as required
  • Sustain a Well-Managed/process-driven environment
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and peers across multiple organizations to achieve objectives
  • Lead a team and/or direct others to ensure process and best practices are executed by the team
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment


Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of Microsoft Office or G Suite experience
  • At least 2 year of Process Management experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Agile or Project Management certification
  • 1+ year or people leadership experience
  • 1+ year of experience in Compliance or Risk Management
  • 3+ years of experience in Process Management
