Sr Associate, Process Management (Process Excellence)

We are seeking a highly-talented and adaptable Process Manager to join the Installment Lending team, with a focus on change management and operations. We are looking for a creative professional with a passion for process, communications, continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement (both internal and external stakeholders.)

The role will encompass a variety of areas and activities, including vendor interactions, product changes and roll-outs, process management, documentation, continuous improvement, and reporting/communications. Exceptional skills in written communications, partnering with internal teammates and vendors, process management, and technology acumen are a must.

This role could be for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment while solving complex problems, can manage multiple priorities, and can handle ambiguity.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Owning Continuous Improvement and Change Control
    • Collecting ideas for changes
    • Partnering with workstream leads and vendors to understand requirements, benefits, and risks of any change
    • Socializing changes and collecting approvals
    • Implementing solutions and testing new functionality
    • Aid in documenting the process and ensuring process is executed with an "audit ready mindset"
    • Documenting risks, results, and issues
  • Supporting Vendor Management and Merchant/Partner Expansion
    • Partnering with vendor manager to manage the vendor and team interaction model and relationship
    • Collecting metrics and building slides for regular interactions
    • Creating agendas and taking notes during meetings
    • Ensuring completion of action items resulting during discussions
    • Engaging in new merchant integrations as needed

Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite
  • At least 1 year of experience working within financial services on customer servicing applications, process management, or change management


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ year of experience in vendor management
  • 3+ years of process management experience
  • 3+ year of experience working within financial services on customer servicing applications, process management, or change management
  • BPM, Six Sigma, Lean or PMP Certification
