Position Summary: As a Chesapeake Hospitality General Manager, your responsibilities will be to lead and effectively manage all hotel functional areas (Food and Beverage, Rooms, Sales, Human Resources, Accounting, and Maintenance) to maximize financial performance while upholding quality standards and maximizing the guest experience. This will include developing strategies, marketing plans, operational goals, and ensuring that business decisions are in line with the company's mission, values, and guiding principles.
