**Description:**This journeyman electrician will be covering one building that is mission critical. Having someone with data center or any of similar experience (pharmaceutical, critical) is important. This person's responsibilities will be performing the preventative maintenance of their commercial buildings. This includes all electrical maintenance such as; replacing ballasts and sockets, point to point wiring, running conduit, handling HVAC electrical work which would include switch gears, wiring motors, wiring fans, etc. and working directly with their UPS components in their data centers. This person would need to be experience with higher voltage projects (240V- 480V)UPS experience must include; working directly with the generator low test, batteries, running conduit, and working directly with generators. This person must have experience reading blueprints (one line schematics would be preferred). This person must be familiar with the 4 components involved in the UPS (uninterrupted power supply).PM Shift: 8PM-6AM there are two schedules Sun Night 8PM-Wednesday (technically off Thursday morning 6AM) and Wednesday Night 8PM-Sunday morning at 6AM% Breakdown:25% General Electrical work - ballast, sockets, lighting, HVAC electrical repair25% UPS Work - running conduit and point to point wiring50% Preventative Maintenance work - PM electrical work scheduled.
