Responsibilities: Scanning and indexing of all Mortgage loan documentations.Mailing of all loan notices to customers.Ordering of SuppliesRecording and processing of all loan payments received in mail. Prepares all Certificate of Satisfactions and releases for all loans.Paid loans-mailing of documentation to borrower, verifying proper release of all collateral and scanning documentations towards loan.Cross-train others, as assigned, processing loan payments, mailing notices and scanning of documentation.Process Payoff request Maintains procedural documentation of relevant tasks/responsibilities.Prioritizes work according to necessity, complexity and deadlines.Attend regular trainings/seminars both inside and outside the bank, as needed.Maintain strict confidentiality in processing customers' records and files.Orders Loan Coupons WeeklyCross train in other Loan Operations functionsWillingly performs other duties and projects as assigned.Answers telephone and assist loan officers with routine inquiries regarding payoffs and other loan details. Back Up Responsibilities:Scanning of Commercial/Consumer loan documentationAssist with Insurance TrackingEscrow Analysis Requirements: High school diploma or equivalentMinimum one-year customer service related work experience.Experience in banking and/or loan processing is preferred.
