Position Summary: MAG Aerosapce is seeking a qualified individual to support the Army National Guard Mission Command Training Support Progam to provide assessment, analysis and recommendations to the government regarding all aspects of training. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include, but not limited to:Primary duty is to conduct analytical examination of current and emerging requirement(s) in order to5 yea measure their effectiveness on the MCTSPs program, priorities, policies, and guidances. Assist the government Program Manager with all aspects of program management for the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP).Major responsibilities include but not limited to; tracking performance measures of effectiveness, develop trends and OPTEMPO analysis, MC digital assessment tables and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) data support. Specifically provide detailed metric data to the Center of Army Analysis (CAA). Knowledge and experience with the Mission Analysis, Readiness & Resource Synchronization (MARRS) system is a plus. Requirements: Minimum RequirementsThe position is contingent upon candidates ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; thereby, including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements with respect to COVID-19, as well as any Government or customer site-specific requirements. Requirements typically include but are not limited to proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status, except in circumstances where a candidate is legally entitled to an accommodation.Knowledge and Skills The required skills and knowledge include a minimum of 5 years direct experience in MCTSP for Army National Guard, Army Reserve, or Active component. Experience should include working at the national level for a program management team.The minimum years of related experience required: 5 years experience working at the National level.Education The minimum level of education required is: A Bachelors DegreeDesired Requirements The desired skills, knowledge, and education include prior military service is preferred.Other QualificationsOutside of the above, other certifications, licenses, or clearances include secret security clearance is required.Physical requirements for the job include must be able to travel, sit for extended periods of time.
