The Retail Facilities Coordinator will report to the Director of Facilities. This coordinator will support and partner with our vendors and Landlords to support the repair and maintenance needs of our retail store locations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate with HFT management and vendor partners to support the needs of our retail locations;Monitor, track and evaluate the work performance of vendors to ensure they perform according to the contract standards, due dates and cost restraints.Responsible for work order flow for retail work requests.Take appropriate and timely action when vendors fail meet their obligations.Schedule and manage inspections and repairs for retail locations.Coordinate vendor maintenance issues & follow up on the status of vendor jobs.Interface with Landlords for all HFT facilities to ensure repairs are completed timely and accurately.Support the development of key department processes.Coordinate repair schedules for key store services.Manage material handling equipment documentation including but not limited to repair and lease records.Process department invoices for approval and payment.Perform new store set up procedures.Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Focuses on the details to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.Can multi-task with good time management skills essential to meet deadlines.Perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices, without endangering the health or safety of self or others.Other duties as assigned.Job Qualifications - Education and/or Experience:Retail and/or consumer products experience.Considerable experience with Microsoft Office.Proven ability to build strong business relationships at all levels throughout an organization with an ability to influence and create alignment across multiple functional areas in order to drive change in accordance with corporate objectives.Self-directed individual able to adapt quickly to changes in priorities and business conditions.Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced business environment with ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical aptitude.
